Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Technology Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing and managing Customer Success KPIs
- Managing and owning customer playbooks for each phase of the customer lifecycle
- Developing new banking operational playbooks and best practices that are event-driven and/or require coordination with third parties
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven track record of scaling product adoption and identifying/remediating risk across a CSM team
- Familiar with various net revenue retention strategies that drive both renewal and expansion
- Strong demonstrated experience building teams and managing high-performing SaaS Customer Success teams
- Highly proficient with technology and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Freshdesk & Baton
- Experience in using data visualization to story-tell and can act on business instincts to develop insightful and actionable dashboards with data engineering
- Exceptional communicator, both verbally and written who can relate to different personality types
