Job Summary

A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Financial Technology Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing and managing Customer Success KPIs
  • Managing and owning customer playbooks for each phase of the customer lifecycle
  • Developing new banking operational playbooks and best practices that are event-driven and/or require coordination with third parties

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proven track record of scaling product adoption and identifying/remediating risk across a CSM team
  • Familiar with various net revenue retention strategies that drive both renewal and expansion
  • Strong demonstrated experience building teams and managing high-performing SaaS Customer Success teams
  • Highly proficient with technology and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Freshdesk & Baton
  • Experience in using data visualization to story-tell and can act on business instincts to develop insightful and actionable dashboards with data engineering
  • Exceptional communicator, both verbally and written who can relate to different personality types
