Job Summary
A revenue management company is in need of a Remote Financial Technology Customer Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct product walkthroughs
- Provide resolutions to customers queries
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a Customer support role within a SaaS product organization
- Empathy, and patience
- Previous experience at a start-up or in a customer support role
- Strong analytical background
- Experience with Databases
- Experience working with Zohodesk or other support/service software
