Job Summary

A financial technology development firm is filling a position for a Remote Financial Technology Phone Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to voicemails and missed calls
  • Providing guidance to callers wherever possible to answer inquiries in a timely and accurate way
  • Contributing to the creation of standard operating procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience using software for ticketing and case management
  • Experience in a phone support or client success role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex and technical information in a clear and transparent manner
  • Experience working with financial data and operating in work environment with high security standards
