Job Summary
A financial technology development firm is filling a position for a Remote Financial Technology Phone Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to voicemails and missed calls
- Providing guidance to callers wherever possible to answer inquiries in a timely and accurate way
- Contributing to the creation of standard operating procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience using software for ticketing and case management
- Experience in a phone support or client success role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex and technical information in a clear and transparent manner
- Experience working with financial data and operating in work environment with high security standards
