Job Summary
A technology commpany has an open position for a Remote Financial Technology Product Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with the Product Management leads and their direct reports
- Work with squad leads to define their key KPIs and help them prioritize the roadmaps
- Work closely with our product teams to develop new features and workflows that help unlock the potential of all teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of experience building and shipping products at leading fintech, credit tech, neobank startups
- 5+ years experience as a manager of product managers, responsible for shipping widely-used customer-facing products on mobile
- Experience simultaneously running multiple projects through the full app development life-cycle
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for the fintech industry
