A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Financial Technology Technical Program and Project Manager Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support development of new internal processes, documentation, knowledge sharing across all areas of Technology
- Understand technical challenges, navigate through options that deliver the best employee experience
- Be responsible for planning, and executing complex programs with a goal of delivering a unified experience
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to adopt presentations of information based on the audience from technical engineering managers
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Process oriented with great documentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining process documentations
