Job Summary
An institute for higher education is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Financial Transaction Representative.
Must be able to:
- Work closely with Finance Specialist II /III and Manager Finance I to ensure compliance and consistency with all transactions
- Develop and maintain valuable and productive relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Interpret and advise on an array of university policies and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or finance with 2 – 4 years of related experience or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation in a shared, cloud-based environment
- Ability to work in a complex, high demand environment with experience prioritizing multiple deliverables
- Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
