Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote FinTech Account Management Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research customer care and fraud related escalations
- Create purchase orders, receive invoices, track payments in Oracle
- Review merchandising results and generate reports
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in supporting account management or sales teams
- Must be a team player willing to support various account managers
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, Teams, Outlook
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Access to high speed internet a must
