Job Summary
A global crypto finance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote FinTech Compliance and Risk Management Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Driving the strategy, framework and execution of our Compliance program
- Serving as the Firm’s leader for regulatory relationships
- Overseeing completion of the Firm’s regulatory reporting obligations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Series 24 license
- 15+ years of experience in a financial services/technology regulatory compliance role, law enforcement, etc.
- Deep expertise in financial crimes
- 10+ years of experience at a securities regulator, a regulatory consulting firm, fintech company, etc
- Expert knowledge of regulatory obligations in the Broker/Dealer business
