Job Summary
A Cloud Financial Performance Management company has a current position open for a Remote FinTech Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing guidance to customers on the use and benefits of our products
- Mitigating any risk that threatens each customer’s growth, satisfaction, or renewal
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in a Customer Success organization
- Ability to quickly establish relationships and interact with executives and senior management in customer accounts
