Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Fintech Industry Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and growing the client-facing API documentation site
- Ensuring consistent developer experience
- Providing easy onboarding for new users/clients and prospective clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical writing for an API platform
- Ability to provide writing samples of API documentation
- An eye towards developer comprehension and ease-of-use
- Experience with Open API 3 (Swagger) specifications and Swaggerhub
- Ability to analyze usage trends within Google Analytics
- Ability to liase with internal stakeholders in product, engineering, solutions, and marketing
