A consumer financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote FinTech Product Counsel Director.

- Directly counseling our business teams regarding legal issues related to product development
- Providing strategic advice to Product on legal issues related to state and federal lending laws
Qualifications Include:
- J.D. degree and a state bar member in good standing
- 10+ years of legal experience related to consumer protection laws, product development, fintech, and financial services
- Established expertise in all areas of the consumer credit lifecycle
