Job Summary
A financial technology company is filling a position for a Remote Fintech Product Operations Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading research, oversight, and maintenance of our BAAS offerings
- Creating strategies that balance growth and risk per data and processes
- Managing relationships, agreements and day-to-day collaboration with external vendors
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of startup experience, at least 2+ working in a fintech company
- 2+ years of management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing and overseeing budgets
- A proven ability to impact business goals
- A high level of confidentiality
