Job Summary
A lease purchasing technology company has an open position for a Remote Fintech Software Engineering Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that software engineering team members have the resources necessary to be productive and effective
- Setting and managing team and individual goals as required
- Ensuring laws, company policies, practices, and procedures are followed by team members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of experience in hands-on software development or engineering
- 5+ years of experience with Software Engineering leadership
- 5+ years of experience in leading problem resolution, issue remediation, and IT deployments
- 5+ years of experience performing performance reviews
- 5+ years working in a cloud-first environment, AWS, Azure, GCP or similarFinish
- 5+ years of experience in modern software practices like agile or scrum
