Job Summary

A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote FinTech Talent Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning our recruiting efforts and process
  • Owning our strategy for remote work
  • Assisting in the organization's people related strategy in partnership with the other people team members

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting, 2+ as a manager, preferably in the fintech space
  • Have led and managed recruiting systems
  • Have developed compensation strategies
  • Have worked closely with software engineers and have deep experience hiring a technical team
  • Are passionate about company culture, performance, feedback and growth
  • Have built and managed teams in recruiting
