A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote FinTech Talent Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning our recruiting efforts and process
- Owning our strategy for remote work
- Assisting in the organization's people related strategy in partnership with the other people team members
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, 2+ as a manager, preferably in the fintech space
- Have led and managed recruiting systems
- Have developed compensation strategies
- Have worked closely with software engineers and have deep experience hiring a technical team
- Are passionate about company culture, performance, feedback and growth
- Have built and managed teams in recruiting
