Job Summary
A transportation industry services company has an open position for a Remote Firmware Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Archetyping and executing on performance and system improvements to currently shipping hardware
- Thoroughly testing new features in preparation for deployment
- Working closely with other engineers to scope and plan work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 yrs of relevant work experience
- Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting with embedded devices, including design, and testing
- 5+ years of experience throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle in C/C++
- A daily drive to improve our product and grow our business
