Job Summary
A business consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Fitness Consulting Services Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Ensure that all customer interactions are immediately and consistently noted in CRM
- Suggest service procedures, policies, guidelines and standards to ensure consistent client experience
- Collaborate with Customer Success Team to provide a seamless client experience
