Job Summary

A business consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Fitness Consulting Services Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

• Ensure that all customer interactions are immediately and consistently noted in CRM
• Suggest service procedures, policies, guidelines and standards to ensure consistent client experience
• Collaborate with Customer Success Team to provide a seamless client experience

Position Requirements Include:
