Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Fitness Customer Care Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist members with billing questions, cancellation and/or freezing member accounts and account delinquencies and disputes
- Note each account with the call content
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must type 30 WPM
- Experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
