Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Fitness Customer Care Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist members with billing questions, cancellation and/or freezing member accounts and account delinquencies and disputes
  • Note each account with the call content

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must type 30 WPM
  • Experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
