Job Summary
A benefits management services company has an open position for a Remote Fitness Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming calls on the ASH telephone system
- Ascertain the nature of the call and record information
- Look up member information using information in internal system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- One-year experience performing customer service duties
- Basic experience with MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner
- Ability to display excellent customer service
