Job Summary

A benefits management services company has an open position for a Remote Fitness Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer incoming calls on the ASH telephone system
  • Ascertain the nature of the call and record information
  • Look up member information using information in internal system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • One-year experience performing customer service duties
  • Basic experience with MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner
  • Ability to display excellent customer service
