Job Summary

A developer of gym management software is in need of a Remote Fitness Industry Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting members with account delinquencies and disputes
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound calls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Has a minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Must be flexible to work an assigned work schedule anytime between the hours of 7am and 9pm Central
  • Has experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
