Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Fitness Technology Customer Care Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for handling inbound emails directed from the queue
- Assist clients with billing questions, cancellation and/or freezing member accounts
- Be responsible for reviewing accounts and answering client questions
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Meet minimum QA goal of 90%
- Maintain an average talk time of 5 minutes 20 seconds or less on client calls
