Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Fitness Technology Customer Care Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for handling inbound emails directed from the queue
  • Assist clients with billing questions, cancellation and/or freezing member accounts
  • Be responsible for reviewing accounts and answering client questions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Meet minimum QA goal of 90%
  • Maintain an average talk time of 5 minutes 20 seconds or less on client calls
