Job Summary

A financial company is in need of a Remote Fixed Income Senior Portfolio Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring and analyzing market, economic and political trends
• Negotiating with brokers on investment transactions to optimize yield and spread
• Collaborating on macro/thematic inquiries from senior management

Qualifications Include:

• Experience: 5-7 years of direct progressive experience in portfolio management, securities trading, and analysis
• Advanced oral communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated expert ability to discuss offerings with brokers
• Must be able to make critical financial and investment decisions in an environment of constant interruptions and extremely short time frames
• Must be a proficient Bloomberg user and able to independently build and use advanced spreadsheet applications
• Strong presentation skills
