Job Summary
A non-profit transfusion medicine organization is in need of a Remote Fixed Site Donor Relations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assuring quality customer service to all customers
- Hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating performance of assigned personnel
- Researching and resolving donor complaints
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques
- Two years related experience
- One-year supervisory experience
