Job Summary
A fleet management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Fleet Management Installation Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating vehicle device installation projects
- Recommending and implementing improvements to scheduling, installation, and hardware troubleshooting processes
- Attending regular calls with customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional travel to the New York headquarters
- Technical background with proven knowledge of telecommunications hardware and automotive electronics installation
- 3-5 years in customer facing support or services related role
- 3-5 years performing fleet management or vehicle device scheduling activities in customer facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems
