Job Summary

A fleet management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Fleet Management Installation Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating vehicle device installation projects
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to scheduling, installation, and hardware troubleshooting processes
  • Attending regular calls with customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Occasional travel to the New York headquarters
  • Technical background with proven knowledge of telecommunications hardware and automotive electronics installation
  • 3-5 years in customer facing support or services related role
  • 3-5 years performing fleet management or vehicle device scheduling activities in customer facing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order management systems
