Job Summary
A fitness mobile application developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Fleet Partner Performance and Retention Regional Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Improving the performance and retention of the Partner program
- Analyzing internal data to implement SLAs and continuously improve Partner performance
- Identifying areas for strategic growth
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years as an operations, financial, or business analyst, or equivalent role
- Communication skills with the ability to engage and align internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces
- Excel / Google Sheets / data management skills
- Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
