A financial company is seeking a Remote Flood Review Home Mortgage Retail Underwriter Senior Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing flood insurance approval on all Home Mortgageloans
- Reviewing flood insurance policies
- Ensuring all loans identified have flood insurance that meets the regulatory requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with Private Flood and Builder's Risk flood policy reviews
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in analyzing and understanding the regulatory requirements
- Complete knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the mortgage industry
- Strong data entry skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
