Job Summary
A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote General Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Attracting, retaining, developing and directing highly qualified representatives
- Analyzing and developing effective pricing and price strategies
- Developing business relationships with key retailers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to identify the top 20% of dealers doing 80% of business in their market
- Must be able to communicate and coordinate activities with associates
- Must be able to perform other assigned duties as required
- Must be able to achieve goals and maximize market penetration
