Job Summary

A business process outsourcing provider has a current position open for a Remote Florida Licensed Insurance Agent Telephonic Interviewer in Eden Prairie.

Must be able to:

• Capture concise and accurate documentation on client's health history
• Utilize agency process knowledge within the scope of completing the interviews/exams
• Conduct telephonic interviews for insurance company applicants

Required Skills:

• Attends in-office meetings an average of four hours per month
• Licensed Insurance Agent (Life/Health in Florida)
• Minimum high school diploma
• 1+ years experience of phone and office experience within a customer service environment
