Job Summary
A legal consulting and staffing firm is in need of a Remote Labor and Employment Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Act as a Labor and Employment Attorney
- Represent employers in litigation
- Train HR departments or client employees
Position Requirements Include:
- Licensed in FL or eligible to immediately waive in
- 3+ years of successful experience as an attorney in the labor and employment practice
- Experience in a full-service law firm or sophisticated L&E boutique firm (employer side)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
