Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is seeking a Remote FM Engineering Ops Manager in Atlanta.

Must be able to:

  • Implement and administer inventory control programs/purchase parts and supplies
  • Manage technical staff, including hiring, training, personnel development
  • Assist in operations and maintenance issues

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of four years experience and/or training
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of all applicable practices and techniques, laws, project controls and environmental regulations
  • Universal CFC certification
  • Ability to use work order system
