Job Summary
A healthcare software and IT company has an open position for a Remote FMLA Forms Patient Services Representative in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Enter all assigned requests into a system for further processing and documentation
- Communicate with various medical professionals to gather information regarding disability leave
- Manage and complete assigned caseload of disability paperwork by gathering medical information on each patient
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Are a bright, energetic and motivated candidate
- Able to answer patient questions via email or telephone as it related to their Disability/FMLA form paperwork
- Can meet daily quota for form completion
