Job Summary
A revenue cycle management services company has a current position open for a Remote Follow Up Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working firsthand on actively reviewing patient accounts ensuring claims are accurate and billable
- Proactively fixing claim rejection errors and resubmit claims based on payer requirements
- Initiating contact and respond to inquiries from a various external sources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Understanding how to read an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) form
- Computer literacy skills, including Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products
- Enhanced communication and customer service skills
- Ability to be self-directed, coupled with exemplary time management skills
