Job Summary

A food and agriculture company has an open position for a Remote Food and Agriculture Customer Account Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate in executing customer service strategies
• Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision

Required Skills:

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Ability to handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision
• Ability to inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale
• Ability to participate in executing customer service strategies
