A food and beverage company. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Food and Beverage Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing account management playbook for an evolving tech-enabled product and growing membership base
- Collaborating with sales leadership to design account handoff processes
- Designing and implementing account tiers, ensuring each account is served efficiently and effectively based on size
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years owning and managing to revenue and/or retention targets
- Outstanding communication skills
- 2+ years managing individual contributors in customer success or account management
