Job Summary
A food and beverage company is in need of a Remote Food and Beverage Manufacturing Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gaining a broad knowledge base in ingredients, quality, packaging, manufacturing, shipping, regulatory, etc
- Working closely with customer fulfillment, marketing, quality, sales, ecom, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring the production schedule is effectively communicated, displayed, and systematically executed
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, QA, Contract Manufacturing, or other related supply chain functions
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and contract management
- Solution-oriented problem solver and possesses a growth mindset
- Ability to handle complex situations involving multiple SKU’s, channels, and distribution models
- Transparent, open/honest communicator and strong relationship building and management skills
- Ability to be a collaborative leader and team member in a dynamic high growth environment
