Job Summary

A food delivery service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Food Delivery Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Design, update, and improve upon new hire and refresher materials using an LMS, G Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360
• Identify gaps in training materials and tailor adult learning solutions to content and appropriate audiences
• Partner with teammates to create live and online training materials

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design/Technology, Education, English, or related field
• 3+ years of recent experience developing training programs and course materials, especially using Adobe CC on Mac OS
• Ability to show creativity
• Ability to be a writer who is whittling complex ideas down to be concise with an eye for design
• Ability to seek development opportunities within the field of Instructional Design
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
