Job Summary
A grocery delivery service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Food Delivery Solutions Customer Success Associate in Columbus.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Focusing on making sure delivery issues are resolved with our courier partners
- Monitoring and responding to live chat and email in Zendesk
- Providing general customer technical support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- One year of Customer Service experience, bonus points in the tech space
- High School Diploma/GED
- Technologically savvy, quick & eager learner
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, or Google Suite
