Job Summary

A food and grocery supply company has an open position for a Remote Food Industry Head of Customer Success.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand customer churn
  • Monitor and report on the progress and health' of all users across the organization
  • Build and grow a team of professionals

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience or Customer Support
  • Thrive in a customer setting
  • Experience leading and managing customer success/and or customer support teams
  • Ability to build trust quickly
  • A proven track record of aligning team members, processes, and systems to drive customer loyalty
