Job Summary
A food and grocery supply company has an open position for a Remote Food Industry Head of Customer Success.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand customer churn
- Monitor and report on the progress and health' of all users across the organization
- Build and grow a team of professionals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience or Customer Support
- Thrive in a customer setting
- Experience leading and managing customer success/and or customer support teams
- Ability to build trust quickly
- A proven track record of aligning team members, processes, and systems to drive customer loyalty
