Remote Food Labeling Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Food & Beverage Labeling Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing product labels and generating nutrition and labeling data for regulatory compliance
• Develop nutrition and regulatory technical information and review/approve label graphics for compliance
• Provide guidance on project teams and stay updated on nutrition and regulatory developments

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Nutrition, Food Science, or related scientific field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D, or Quality with a global/US food manufacturer
• Experience in the food service industry or culinary is a plus
• Ability to handle complexity and multiple projects under tight timelines
• Strong drive for results and project completion
