Job Summary
A food service management and support services family of companies is seeking a Remote Food Service Industry Sales Tax Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead daily aspects of integration and implementation of sales and use tax technology and data management solutions
- Provide expertise in configuring and maintaining tax applications
- Support and represent Sales Tax during the ERP upgrade and migration
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business, or computer sciences
- 8+ years progressive responsibility in a large corporation or public accounting firm with 2+ years managerial or supervisory experience
- Experience with sales and use tax technology solutions in or for a multibillion dollar complex organization
- Broad understanding of sales and use tax law, processes, compliance, reporting, and audit defense
- Operational experience with large scale ERP systems
- Experience with financial accounting and related processes
