Job Summary

A warehousing and fulfillment services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Footwear Customer Service Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing positive customer experiences
  • Providing great service on every call, email, chat, or social media interaction
  • Answering customer questions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data entry skills and ability to navigate multiple computer screens
  • Ability to organize, take initiative and follow up independently
  • Prompt and regular attendance required
  • Must meet bring your own device requirements for computer and hardware
