A warehousing and fulfillment services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Footwear Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing positive customer experiences
- Providing great service on every call, email, chat, or social media interaction
- Answering customer questions
