Job Summary

Management services company has a current position open for a Remote Forecaster Workforce Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring and measuring site volumes and performance of site Operations
• Preparing and maintaining site Operations reporting
• Maintaining accurate quantitative and qualitative records

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
• 6 months workforce management experience in a contact center or back office environment, including experience with Workforce Planning Software
• 6 months analytical experience with forecasting, planning, identifying trends and/or making recommendations in a production and/or customer support environment
• 2 years of work experience in a contact center
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
