Job Summary
A machinery manufacturer is seeking a Remote Forecasting and Master Scheduler.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Manually creating forecasts and schedules for 3 contact centers
- Identifying key business issues, outlining strategic alternatives and recommending action plans
- Developing analytical tools and models to support business planning
Qualifications for this position include:
- In lieu of Bachelor’s degree will consider high school diploma with 4+ years related experience
- 2+ years of experience working in in data analytics, data projects, or call center environment
- Must supply own Internet connectivity with a minimum of 10Mpbs
