Job Summary

An educational technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Forecasting and Scheduling Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being accountable for the capacity planning and budget management
• Establishing policies, procedures, and processes for the contact center
• Designing and implementing scheduling and capacity planning

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of prior relevant experience
• 5+ years of Contact Center experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Administrative level experience with Aspect Workforce technology
• Prior supervisory experience required
