Job Summary
A legal services provider has a current position open for a Remote Foreclosure Associate Attorney in Champaign County.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reporting directly to the managing attorney
- Handling foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy and other related matters
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
- Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor
- Admission to the Illinois Bar
- 0-2 years of related experience in the Foreclosure area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of federal, state and local law
