A community bank has an open position for a Remote Foreclosure Specialist 1.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Timely process delinquent loans
- Perform investor/agency/insurer reporting functions on various applications
- Review attorney invoicing for accuracy and compliance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Reliable Home High Speed Internet
- 1 to 3 years of default mortgage financial services experience
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
- Understanding of MS Office Suite with intermediate technical and computer skills
- Ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
