Remote Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on monitoring foreclosure vendors, the fully remote Foreclosure Specialist will manage mortgage loans from initial referral through resolution, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and investor requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee mortgage loans throughout the foreclosure process
• Serve as a key point of contact for foreclosure counsel, trustees, and third-party service providers
• Ensure compliance with investor, government, and regulatory requirements related to foreclosure activities

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage Foreclosure
• Familiarity with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans
• Understanding of federal and state foreclosure regulations
