Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is seeking a Remote Foreclosure Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage pipeline of Active and Suspended Foreclosure loans from the referral through the post-sale process
- Review and provide designated counsel all documentation necessary to effectively manage the Foreclosure process
- Coordinate with our Attorney network to maximize efficiency and timeliness of resolution through loss mitigation options or Foreclosure sale
Qualifications for this position include:
- Extensive knowledge of the foreclosure process and workflows
- Knowledge of CHFA/FHA, GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, MI and various other investor/insurer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word processing and spreadsheets, data entry, PC input, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- High School diploma and/or some college
