Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is seeking a Remote Foreclosure Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Documenting all loan-level efforts into the Foreclosure Workstations in MSP and LoanSphere
- Reviewing and providing designated counsel all documentation necessary
- Coordinating with our Attorney network to maximize efficiency and timeliness of resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of the foreclosure process and workflows
- Knowledge of CHFA/FHA, GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, MI and various other investor/insurer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work independently
