Job Summary
An institute for higher education has a current position open for a Remote Foreign Language and Cultural Studies Collegiate Faculty Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Regular and ongoing reviewing and supporting of faculty teaching
- Developing an instructional plan or syllabus for courses
- Teaching 12-18 credit hours per year in addition to their academic administrative duties
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- An earned master'sdegree in a foreign language, linguistics, comparative literature
- Demonstrated fluency required in one or more foreign languages
- 3 years of experience in higher education
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead a large community of adjunct faculty
