Job Summary
A law firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Foreign Patent Paralegal in Seattle.
Must be able to:
- Prepare, file, and manage global patent applications, both nationally and via the PCT
- Draft original correspondence, within the ethical boundaries of a paralegal position, to foreign associates and clients
- Oversee assistants and other staff as needed to maintain accuracy of data and increase efficiency in producing high quality work product
Position Requirements Include:
- Solid understanding acquired through experience of foreign patent lifecycles in multiple countries and regions
- Experience working with large clients and managing attorney and client communications
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Experience in preparation and management of sequence listings
